Yes. Your needs may change from week to week, and our support is designed to be flexible. As long as tasks fall within the time scope and instructions are provided, you can adjust priorities based on what your center needs most at the time.
How do I assign tasks and provide instructions? +
We use a shared spreadsheet called the Task Tracker, where you can list all tasks, priorities, and deadlines in one place. Instructions, updates, and questions can be communicated through Slack, Google Chat, or your preferred tool. Our recommended platform is Slack for the most efficient workflow.
What happens if there are unused hours in a week? +
Your contracted hours are reserved specifically for your center. If your task list runs light, our team proactively looks for additional ways to support your business — planning future content, creating flyers or graphics, organizing systems, or preparing materials ahead of time.
Do you create content or just manage what we provide? +
Both. Our team can create marketing content based on your center's curriculum themes and daily activities, using approved photos and CRM information — handling captions, hashtags, and scheduling. We can also manage and post content you provide, following your instructions and brand guidelines.
